Commence your tour as per the Bavarian Mountains Tour up to and including the ascent to Obersalzberg. A bus and elevator ride will bring you to the Eagle's Nest. The buses are equipped with special engines and brakes to transport you safely from the Obersalzberg to the Eagle's Nest. You will drive along steep rock walls and deep gorges, you will experience spectacular views up to the Hoher Goll and across the snowcapped peaks of the Bavarian mountains. With the elevator (365ft long) you enter the Eagle's Nest (5000ft). There will be time to explore and maybe sample some Bavarian specialities, before your descent and return journey to Salzburg. Tour ends at Mirabell Square.
